Perhaps you guys should offer some practical hints on how to get more from the web without being an IT guru. It is all still very confusing to people who grew up with different technology. They need to develop new habits and it is only when use of the web becomes habitual that older generations will start to see its true potential. So come on Novanate start simplifying the web for all of us. It strike me that people are still slow to see how web 2.0 can make big changes in their lives for very little effort.
